Authored through a custom multi-stage AI pipeline — separate passes for outline, draft, revision, and translation, each tuned for craft. Not a single ChatGPT prompt. Shivam edits, the system types.

A visual bible of characters and locations was drawn from the manuscript; each chapter scene is composed by FLUX.1 Kontext running on an H200 GPU, anchored to one canonical reference image per character so likenesses stay stable across all 367 frames. An attempt to train a style-LoRA stalled on a driver mismatch — we shipped what worked and kept notes. The whole pipeline (bible, plan, generator) is part of an ongoing research project on coherent illustration of long-form AI fiction.
